United States Orders: Any order above $35.00 receives free shipping and handling. Anything under $35.00 has a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95.

Everywhere Else: A nominal fee applies and will be calculated during checkout.

Our return policy is simple: If there is a broken item due to shipping, please call us at 718.757.6531 so we can setup a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Otherwise, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

All orders to and from New York residents will be charged sales tax.

When you receive your DadBox, you should open both ends of the cardboard box, and remove your purchase. There’s another box inside the shipping container that contains your DadBox.
